Parasurama Iyengar: Dear Sir, my daughter wants to become a nurse and wants work in America.

She is going to finish High school next year. I am a school teacher and cannot afford to send her abroad to study. If you could guide us we will be very happy.

NNS Chandra: Dear Parasurama Iyer, your daughter seems to quite matured and clear in thinking for a high school student. Very good.

Being a nurse or any care giver work is simply amazing. I agree, the cost of pursuing studies abroad is expensive. And there are excellent training facilities for a a nursing student in India.

I would be very glad to help your daughter in anyway. Please ask her to get in touch with me.

I will connect her to some nursing programs where there can be scholarships available for brilliant students and who are committed to profession. Looking forward to have a conversation with her.


Sundaram: How can I get professional engineer designation?

NNS Chandra: Sundaram, the requirements to get a license to practice as an engineer varies from country to country and even in one country it varies fro province to province.

To be granted a license to practice professional engineering in Ontario, Canada an applicant must.


Pallavi Karun: Sir, I had send questions to this for my daughter. She started her application for us colleges. I am writing for my daughter. She wanted to study abroad. My daughter wants help in essay and application. Can you guide her?

NNS Chandra: Absolutely yes. Please ask her to send the essay draft to me. She seems to be getting ready early, which is really good.


Saraswathy: Respected NNS sir, I am working as a school counselor with a IB school in Delhi NCR region. I have finished MPhil in counseling.

I want to learn more about college admission counseling and get a certification. What courses should I take?

NNS Chandra: Wow Saraswathy. Appreciate your interest in counselling. Depending on your education, experience and interest, there are several paths you can choose in pursuing a counselling licensing.
