A stunned Zeshan posted the response on social media, where it quickly went viral.

The company went into defensive mode, blaming the error on a 'trainee' even as the Mumbai Police swung into action.

According to 2013 Bias@Work survey by TeamLease Services, five out of 10 Indian employees face discrimination at work.
