Current Salary Trends Survey: What's YOUR take?

Last updated on: August 23, 2012 18:30 IST

The objective of the survey is to find out employee salary expectations. The results will be out in September 2012 and featured on Rediff.com.

In the current economic scenario, companies are trying to manage employee costs and a large number of them have provided increments lower than last year.

Organisations are increasingly focusing on performance pay, which may leave a majority of their employees discontented.

We would like employee views on the current trends in compensation that companies are adopting.

What is your perception of this approach?

Would you prefer standard salary increases each year, or is pay for performance the way to go?

The objective of this survey is to understand employee perception on compensation and the extent of risk they may be willing to take in terms of variable pay.

This survey is being conducted by Cerebrus Consultants, a leading HR consulting firm in India. It will take only about 10 minutes of your time and your response will be completely anonymous.

This survey is closed now. The survey results will be out in September 2012 and featured on Rediff.com.
