Bold, Beautiful Hats...

June 17, 2021 13:35 IST

Royal Ascot is back after being paused for a year due to the pandemic.

The annual horse racing event was attended by over 80,000 racegoers including royals and celebs. Queen Elizabeth, whose love for horses is well known and has been an Ascot regular since the 1950s, gave the event a miss, preferring to meet with Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison.

On display were flamboyant hats and fascinators that were as much as a spectacle as the thoroughbred horses.
