We are sure you'll make a beeline to book either of these beauties -- KTM RC 250 and KTM 250 Duke -- or maybe both if you have a very deep pockets.

So finally Austrian manufactures, KTM have launched bikes in the 250cc category. What's more KTM has a spunky name for these beauties -- the new #TwoFifties (that's what they love calling them)!

Recently unveiled at the Tokyo Motor show, both these bike have already gone into production at the Bajaj Auto's Chakan facility in Pune.

A newly released video by KTM shows these beauties going crazy on the streets of Bangkok, making their way through narrow lanes and zipping past rush hour traffic. What's clearly visible is the amazing handling prowess of both these bikes, while the riders are changing lanes, doing a wheelie on the road and taking sharp turns.

The KTM 250 Duke and RC 250 draw power from a 250cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled motor that produces 31.3 PS and 24 Nm of torque, paired to a 6-speed gearbox.

The 250 twins come equipped with ABS and slipper clutch while the substantial increase in power strikes the right balance between city and highway riding when compared to the city-friendly Duke 200 and the highway friendly Duke 390.

While the Duke and RC 250 won't be launched in India, they are produced at the KTM-Bajaj facility at Chakan and exported to several South East Asian and certain European markets.
