Horrific photographs of injured Shravan Kumar Theerthala as he recuperates in a Melbourne [Images] hospital -- thankfully, out of danger -- has galvanised an impromptu movement in Australia [Images] and India over the issue of racial attacks on Indian students Down Under.

More than 5,000 Indian students in Australia organised a peace march on Sunday, May 31 to protest these racial attacks.

Our mailbox has been flooded with mail -- advising Indian students in Australia about how to stay safe and voices of protests as well.
