Have you ever been a loser in love?

Let's face it, everyone has been there at some point in their lives either you get dumped, or you find that you're with the wrong person, or your feelings for someone are not reciprocated.

And then comes the 'D' word -- depression! You start to mope, nursing your wounds and your friends call you Devdas -- or Dev D, if they care to put a modern spin on it, like Anurag Kashyap has in his latest movie hitting theatres today.

We all know how the story goes, don't we -- a young man's heartbreak and spiral into alcoholism, depression and ultimately, death.

So we're asking you -- have you ever resorted to similar dramatic shows of heartbreak to overcome emotional atyachaar?

Have you ever suffered a break-up so nasty that it has clouded your ability to reason? How did you cope?

What is your attitude towards relationships that don't work out for you?

We invite readers to share their own experiences, opinions and tips on how to cope in this regard -- simply paste your comments on the message board below.
