What: The Karnataka Arts College invites applications for admission to five year integrated course in Master of Tourism Administration (MTA) for the academic year 2008-09. The applications may be obtained from the office of the Department of Tourism Administration.

The five year integrated MTA course has been started with assistance of the Tourism Department of Government of Karnataka to meet the growing requirements of trained manpower in tourism, travel and hospitality industries.

Last date of issuing application forms: 21 May, 2008

Last date for submitting the application forms: May 24, 2008

Students are required to attend the entrance test on May 26 at 11 am to be conducted in the Department of Management Studies, Karnatak Arts College, Dharwad.

Eligibility

Only those who have scored a minimum of 40 per cent (35 per cent for SC/ST & Cat-I) at PUC-II Year Arts/Commerce/Science are eligible to apply for MTA Course.

The cost of the prospectus with application form is Rs 250 (Rs 150 for SC/ST/C-I)
