September 03, 2007

We'd all like to believe that 'best friends are forever', but practically everyone has had a serious falling-out with a close pal at least once in their lives.

It could be over one friend taking advantage of the other, over a mutually admired member of the opposite sex, or then over betrayal.

We want to hear your story. Have you ever been double-crossed by someone you believed to be your closest friend?

How? Why? Was it a misunderstanding? Was it your fault? Did you clear it out? Do you regret it?

Tell us all about your experiences in this regard. Write in to us at getahead@rediff.co.in, along with your name, age, occupation, contact details and a photograph of you and your friend (if possible). We'll feature the best stories right here on rediff.com.
