What are the qualities that BPO interviews test? Is 'voice and accent' the most important attribute or is it 'telemarketing skills'?

What kind of background do BPOs look for in a potential employee? Is it all about a candidate's ability or willingness to work night shifts?

As an HR professional, recruiter or corporate trainer, what do you think about BPO interviews? Are they easy to crack? What should a potential employee be armed with? Share your views with us.

If you have sailed through a BPO interview and got the job, tell us what worked in your favour. Suggest tips for those who will be going for their BPO job interviews in the coming weeks.
