Interactive Yoga workshop in Mumbai

What: Yogalates workshop at HELP library on August 25, Saturday, from 11 am to 1 pm.  
 
Details:

~ Shameem Akthar, Yoga acharya, who trained with Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center, will hold a two-hour interactive workshop on practices borrowed by Pilates from classical yoga.

~ The participants will learn a set of body-toning poses common to both, plus breathing sequences, energy locks and learn  parallels between the two exercise forms, such as importance of body alignment, flexible spine,correct posture and physical stamina.

~ Please bring your own mat.

~ Rs 100 per adult.
