Working in a BPO


atchword or craze. Whatever you choose to call it, that's what the BPO/ ITES industry seems to be these days.

The good payscales and innumerable perks are irresistible lures and youngsters are naturally jumping on the bandwagon.

But is the call centre experience all that great?

Or is it just hype?
