Amitabh Bachchan

Amitabh Bachchan has sympathised with slain police inspector Mohan Chand Sharma, who was killed by terrorists in Batla house, Jamia Nagar, in New Delhi [Images], when his team raided their hideout. Sharma was killed in the gun fight, in which two terrorists were also killed.

In his blog update, Bachchan shares a thought-provoking SMS that he had recieved.

The superstar's reference is to Abhinav Bindra's [Images] gold-winning performance at the Beijing [Images] Olympics [Images] and Sharma, who died fighting terrorists in Delhi.
