Hrithik to star opposite Spanish actress Gullu Gupshup | February 07, 2008 14:20 IST
After it was announced that Shah Rukh Khan [Images] will be seen with a new heroine in Aditya Chopra's [Images] Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, we hear that Hrithik Roshan [Images] will also have a new heroine in his forthcoming film. The difference is, that Hrithik's actress will have to be Spanish.
Our sources tell Gullu that a hunt is on to find a new actress who can dance the salsa. The film will be a romantic thriller, and will mostly be shot in It will be directed by Anurag Basu, and will be based on the lines of his earlier film, Gangster [Images], starring Emraan Hashmi [Images], Shiney Ahuja [Images] and Kangana Ranaut [Images]. It will be produced under Rakesh Roshan's banner, FilmFraft. The last time Hrithik danced the salsa on screen was for a biscuit advertisement, with actress Isha Sharwani. At present, the actor is recovering from a knee injury, but is in all likelihood, will be in shape by May, when the film shoot will commence.
But first, we will watch Hrithik opposite Aishwarya Rai [Images] Bachchan in Ashutosh Gowarikar's epic film, Jodhaa Akbar, which will release on February 15.
