Another Deol to debut
November 22, 2007 15:54 IST

He is the newest kid on the block, and comes from the family of Deols.

After Dharmendra [Images], Sunny, Bobby and Abhay, it's the turn of Raj to make his career in tinsel town. Raj is Sunny and Bobby's cousin; his mother and their mother are sisters.

Raj will make his debut with a murder mystery called Kahi Hai Woh Aaspaas. It also stars Nirmal Pandey and Mukesh Tiwari [Images]. One of its added attractions is that a song has been picturised on Bappi Lahiri.

But even though Raj is charged up about his first film, he's too nervous to show it to his illustrious family yet.

So which are his favourite films from the Deol khandaan? "I like Satyakam because of its simplicity and Chupke Chupke because of the excellent humour," he replies. He also mentions Ghayal, Damini and Gupt as some of his all time favourites.

A major portion of the film was shot in Jaipur.

Kahi Hai Woh Aaspaas will release on December 14.
