rediff.com now takes a look at the actors to watch out for this year: Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgan, Vivek Oberoi, Shah Rukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan and Akshay Kumar.

Sanjay Dutt, Sunny Deol and Anil Kapoor are other leading men to watch out for. While Dutt's career is under a shadow thanks to his brush with the law, Deol has Anil Sharma's The Hero. Kapoor has a couple of interesting films like Sudhir Mishra's Kolkata Mail; Anurag Kashyap's film about corruption in the police and Dharmesh Darshan's Bewafaa, where he plays Kareena Kapoor's husband.

Fardeen Khan has an interesting year ahead with Khushi; Bhoot, where he appears as a villain; and Govind Nihalani's cop film Dev.

Abhishek Bachchan could finally make a mark with debutant Rohit Shetty's action flick Zameen. Suniel Shetty has reinvented his career in strong supporting roles that range from Madhur Bhandarkar’s Aan to Farah Khan's Main Hoon Na.
