Dance till you drop!

Preity Zinta and Govinda are both dressed in white overalls. They seem to be enjoying the dancing session, replete with the mandatory latkas and jhatkas.

We're on the sets of filmmaker Tutu Sharma latest project. Sharma veers away from his usual style and now attempts the typical commercial potboiler. Originally titled Tere Ishq Mein Pad Gaya Re the film has now been rechristened Khullam Khulla Pyar Kare.

Preity throws her hat into the camera's face the shot is canned.

The next sequence needs a costume change. Exit white, enter yellow.

The makeovers don't take very long as the stars come out sooner than expected.

And they get back to boogey business. As they perform the dance routine, the camera keeps rolling. These steps, we learn, will later be edited to synch with the lines of the song.

Meanwhile, Govinda and his heroine are having a whale of a time.

Govinda takes large sips of water from a bottle, gargles and then spits. This invites strange stares from the crowds. But he couldn't care less.

Govinda chews on Tulsi leaves "I think all of my films are only about entertaining. Since most of them have made people laugh, they must be good films. But when they didn't do well I wonder what went wrong".

"People have advised me to change tracks and take on dramatic, action films but I know otherwise. I am better at comedy, I'll stick with it. My last few films didn't do well but there were others like Jodi No 1 which did, so I made a right decision."

As for Preity, the future looks bright. "I hope I don't sound immodest but I'm fed up of playing a cutie-pie with two ponytails. And mercifully, I'm through with my backlog of indifferent films as well. You shall see a different me in every film." says the bubbly girl.
