As in KKHH, her name here is Anjali. Kajol does not play the central protagonist, but you can count on her to put on a great show for close pal Karan's film.

Incidentally, Kajol and Shah Rukh Khan both won the Filmfare trophy for KKHH, which swept the awards in virtually every category.
