Chhattisgarh Chief Minister trailing

Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh is trailing his Congress rival Geeta Devi Singh by 3,000 votes in the assembly by-poll to the Dongargaon seat.

This was after the completion of third round of counting.
