BJP, Congress tie 1-1 in Goa

The Bharatiya Janata Party and Congress tied 1-1 in Goa, which sends two representatives to the Lok Sabha.

Shripad Yesso Naik of the BJP beat his nearest rival, Wilfred D'Souza in Panaji.

Alemao Churchill Braz of the Congress beat his nearest rival Angle Ramakant Soiru of the BJP in Mormugao by 50524 votes.
