BJP bags both seats in Arunachal

The Bharatiya Janata Party on Thursday won both the Lok Sabha seats in Arunachal Pradesh.

Khiren Rijiju beat his nearest rival Kamen Ringu (Arunachal Congress) in Arunachal West by 47,424 votes. He got 1,23,951 votes as against Ringu, who got 76,527.

Tapir Gao beat his nearest rival Wangcha Rajkumar (Congress) in Arunachal East by 38,341 votes. He received 83,335 votes while Rajkumar got 38341.
