Giant screens for Indo-Pak match at Advani's rally

March 23, 2004 15:11 IST

If you can't beat them, join them.

The rally clashes with the crucial 5th one-day international match between India and Pakistan in Lahore, which is expected to be a big draw.

City unit president Yash Pal Mahajan said that a meeting was held to discuss the preparations to make the rally, which is part of Advani's Bharat Uday Yatra, a success. Hence, the party unit decided to make arrangements to show the match on two giant screens at the venue so that fans don't miss out on the series-decider.
