NDA will get majority: Advani

Deputy Prime Minister Lal Kishenchand Advani on Wednesday expressed confidence that the National Democratic Alliance would get majority in the Lok Sabha and form the next government.

Addressing a rally in Govindpur, West Bangal, in support of Manmohan Roy, Bharatiya Janata Party candidate for Balurghat (SC) seat, Advani said misrule by the Left Front government and Congress had left the state backward in every field.

He also accused the Communist Party of India-Marxist and the Congress of throttling the voice of democracy.
