HP results most encouraging: Sonia

Congress president Sonia Gandhi on Saturday said the assembly election results from Himachal Pradesh were "most encouraging."
"We are very happy," she told reporters after inaugurating a seminar on women empowerment in New Delhi.
However, she wanted to be on the "cautious side" waiting for the final results before reacting in detail.
