Congress wins Jamalpur bypoll in Gujarat

The Congress on Thursday won the Jamalpur assembly by-poll in Gujarat with its candidate Shabir Khedawala defeating the Bharatiya Janata Party's Lalji Parmar by 17,000 votes.
