Congress five seats short of simple majority in Delhi

The Congress is five short of a simple majority in the 70-member Delhi assembly. The party has bagged 31 seats of the 43 results declared so far. The BJP has only 12 seats in its kitty.

The Congress is leading in 15 constituencies and the BJP in five.
