PDP candidate defeats J&K minister in Pulwama

Peoples Democratic Party candidate Mohammad Khalil has won from Pulwama defeating Jammu and Kashmir minister and National Conference candidate Bashmir Ahmad Nengroo, Election Commission officials said in Srinagar.
