Defending champions Mumbai Indians once again start as the favourites to win IPL 2020.

The Mumbai Indians, who have won four IPL titles in the last seven seasons, boast of an explosive batting line-up including Captain Rohit Sharma, Quinton de Kock, Chris Lynn and Kieron Pollard.

Not to forget the Pandya brothers -- Hardik and Krunal -- who have been instrumental in Mumbai's splendid showing in the IPL in recent years.

The pace attack will led by Jasprit Bumrah with some world class fast bowlers for company in Trent Boult, Nathan Coulter-Nile, Mitchell McClenaghan and James Pattinson.

MI looks slightly weak in the spin department though. Leg-spinner Rahul Chahar can be handy on the slow tracks in the UAE, but Krunal Pandya and off-spinner Jayant Yadav may be restricted to playing supporting roles.

Squad: Rohit Sharma (captain), Sherfane Rutherford, Chris Lynn, Quinton de Kock, Hardik Pandya, Kieron Pollard, Krunal Pandya, Aditya Tare, Saurabh Tiwary, Ishan Kishan, Suryakumar Yadav, Anmolpreet Singh, Nathan Coulter-Nile, James Pattinson, Anukul Roy, Dhawal Kulkarni, Jasprit Bumrah, Rahul Chahar, Trent Boult, Mohsin Khan, Prince Balwant Rai Singh, Digvijay Deshmukh, Jayant Yadav.
