World champions India are looking to win an ODI series in South Africa for the first time, when they take on the Proteas in a three-match series, starting on Thursday.
India are on a high having won the ICC Champions Trophy this year before getting the better of Australia and West Indies at home.
The first ODI will be played in Johannesburg on December 5 followed by matches in Durban (December 8) and Centurion (December 11).
Yuvraj Singh is India’s most experienced player in the 16-member squad having played 291 matches, scoring 8329 runs with 13 centuries.
Ravindra Jadeja is the highest wicket-taker among the bowlers with 108 wickets in 89 games, followed by R Ashwin with 95 wickets from 67 games.
