Highest fifth wicket partnerships on Indian soil

The partnership between Sourav Ganguly and Yuvraj Singh is now the second highest partnership for the fifth wicket on Indian soil.

Only the partnership between V V S Laxman and Rahul Dravid in Kolkata Test in 2000-01, when India following on turned the table on Australia, remains above this pair. The following table lists highest fifth wicket partnerships on Indian soil:
