Sreesanth bowls at the nets

January 14, 2013 19:32 IST

Fast bowler S Sreesanth did his bit in helping the side prepare for the second ODI against England by bowling during the net practice in Kochi.

Sreesanth was seen bowling to the inform Cheteswar Pujara, who is yet to make his ODI debut.

"I love cricket. The match is being played in my native place. The first time I bowled at the nets was 12 years ago when the South African team was here," Sreesanth said.

"I am fully fit and am ready," he added.

Sreesanth, who claimed nine wickets in the three Ranji matches he played against Tripura, Jharkhand and Andhra, said he could bowl long spells in the Ranji matches after staging a comeback following a one-year lay-off from the game due to toe injuries.
