The West Indian claimed two wickets in the over to provide more joy to his fans.

Ali Murtaza was stumped by wicketkeeper Arun Karthik for five before Ishwar Pandey was bowled for a duck.

Pune finished on 139 for nine in their 20 overs and lost by a huge margin of 130 runs.

Gayle hammered 175 from 66 balls and then took two for five in the only over he bowled.
