Bresnan, who was impressive with his precise bouncers against Indian batsmen in England's 4-0 Test triumph, said he is looking forward to the tough challenge.
"It's obviously different [bowling] in England than in India. In England you may gather some seam when the ball is new. With wickets playing different here [in India], I view it as a challenge," he said.
"For a bowler with the new ball, we have to bowl very tightly. We have to bowl very accurately and very straight, otherwise you will [be hit] for runs," he said.
Bresnan, who will be spearheading the English pace attack in the absence of James Anderson and Stuart Broad, said, "We have young bowlers who have a lot of talent. If we start [bowl] well, we can pick up early wickets."
