Virender Sehwag [ Images ] would lead a star-studded Delhi [ Images ] line-up comprising the likes of Gautam Gambhir [ Images ], Virat Kohli [ Images ], Ishant Sharma [ Images ] when they take on Uttar Pradesh [ Images ] in the Ranji Trophy opening round away game at Ghaziabad from November 2-5.
The likes of Sehwag and Gambhir would get some much needed practise in the longer version before the four-Test series against England [ Images ] starts off.
Apart from the quartet who are part of the current India [ Images ] set-up, there will be India U-19 captain Unmukt Chand, India A pacer Parvinder Awana and former India speedster Ashish Nehra [ Images ].
Mithun Manhas [ Images ] who has been Delhi's captain for the past two seasons won't be leading in presence of these players.
The only notable absentee is opener Shikhar Dhawan [ Images ] who will not be playing the first-round match due to his marriage.
