The Delhi and Districts Cricket Association (DDCA) during an internal meeting on Friday formed 10 sub-committees that will work under Delhi high court-appointed observer Jutice Mukul Mudgal to ensure smooth conduct of the fourth and final Test between India and South Africa, to be played from December 3 to 7.

Justice Mudgal is scheduled to visit the Feroz Shah Kotla stadium in Saturday for his first meeting with senior DDCA officials.

"Today we have formed the 10 sub-committees that will be working for the smooth conduct of the Test match. Each committee will have a chairman and also have three to four members. Tomorrow, Justice Mudgal will be coming to Kotla for inspection and first meeting with the officials. We have asked all our Executive Committee members to be present," treasurer Ravinder Manchanda said on Friday.

However, Manchanda, said that they are yet to finalise the names of the members in each committee.

"We will fill-up the names by tomorrow. We will need to see what Justice Mudgal advises. We will certainly obey and follow his instructions," Manchanda said.

It expected that Mudgal will also inspect the tender documents and whether Standard Operational Procedures are being followed by the DDCA.

Earlier this week, the Delhi high court had directed the South Delhi Municipal Corporation to issue a provisional occupancy certificate, required to stage the fourth Test match while appointing Justice Mudgal to oversee the affairs of the match at Feroz Shah Kotla.

The DDCA received a day's lifeline from the Board of Control for Cricket in India on Tuesday after it overshot the original deadline to get the necessary clearances to host the match.

The state government then moved the high court, seeking direction to the South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) over issuing a Provisional Occupancy Certificate. After the hearing, spilled over to Day 2, the DDCA finally got relief from the honourable court.
