Rajasthan Royals' batsman Owais Shah, on Saturday, received an official warning and reprimanded for breaching the Indian Premier League (IPL) Code of Conduct during his team's match against Deccan Chargers at Rajiv Gandhi Stadium in Hyderabad.

Shah admitted the Level 1 offence (Article 2.1.2) of abuse of ground equipment and fittings.

For Level 1 breaches of the IPL Code of Conduct, the match referee's decision is final and binding.

Rajasthan Royals lost to Deccan Chargers by five wickets on Friday to crash out of the tournament.
