India meet Bangladesh first in Asia Cup

India begin their Asia Cup campaign with a match against Bangladesh on June 16 in Dambulla.

Defending champions Sri Lanka, hosts to the 10th edition of the tournament, take on Pakistan in the opening match on June 15.

The final is on June 24. All the matches will be played in Dambulla.

As per the schedule released by Sri Lankan Cricket (SLC), six matches will be played in the league phase before the final.

June 25 is marked as a reserve day.

Sri Lanka won the title in 2008, defeating India in the final, when the tournament was held in Pakistan.

India won the tournament four times while Pakistan once.

June 15: Sri Lanka vs Pakistan

June 16: India vs Bangladesh

June 17: Reserve day

June 18: Sri Lanka vs Bangladesh

June 19: Pakistan vs India

June 20: Reserve day

June 21: Pakistan vs Bangladesh

June 22: India vs Sri Lanka

June 23: Reserve day

June 24: Final

June 25: Reserve day
