Baroda in control against Hyderabad November 25, 2007 21:05 IST A superb knock of 153 by captain Connor Williams helped Baroda to a mammoth total of 476 for nine declared on the third day of their Ranji Trophy Super league match against Hyderabad on Sunday. Williams, who resumed at an individual overnight score of 91, added 62 to his kitty with 11 boundaries and a six. He was ably assisted by R Solanki (78 runs), AA Bilakhia and P Shah who made 68 runs each. Solanki and Bilakhia hit seven fours each, while Shah scored five boundaries and a six. SS Parab and Yusuf Pathan too pitched in with 24 and 28 runs respectively. For the hosts, Lalith Mohan and and Pragyan Ojha took four and three wickets respectively. In the second innings, Hyderabad, who made 261 in the first innings, made 40 for one wicket in the second.
