Steyn jumps to third in ICC rankings November 21, 2007 17:33 IST South African Dale Steyn climbed to third in the LG International Cricket Council Test bowling rankings following his match-winning performances against New Zealand [Images]. The 24-year-old fast bowler took 20 wickets in his team's 2-0 series win over New Zealand, moving up five spots to lie just behind team mate Makhaya Ntini [Images] in the rankings. Australia fast bowler Brett Lee [Images] climbed to fifth place after taking 16 wickets in the 2-0 series win over Sri Lanka [Images]. Sri Lanka spinner Muttiah Muralitharan remained on top of the list. South African Jacques Kallis [Images] is just one point behind the world's top-rated batsman, Australia captain Ricky Ponting [Images], after rattling up two centuries against New Zealand.
