Reddy hits ton, AP all out for 326 November 17, 2007 22:42 IST A superb knock of 132 by L N P Reddy helped Andhra Pradesh reach 326 in their first innings on the penultimate day of the four-day Ranji Trophy Super League match against Uttar Pradesh in Anantapur on Saturday. Resuming at their overnight score of 201 for 2, Andhra added 125 runs with Reddy adding 44 runs to his yesterday's score of 88. Reddy's scintillating innings included 16 boundaries. Captain M S K Prasad and M Suresh made valuable contributions to the total score with their cameos of 32 and 17 respectively. For the visitors, S Tyagi claimed six crucial wickets including that of Reddy, ASK Varma (61 runs) and Prasad conceding 95 runs, while Piyush Chawla took two wickets for 59. Uttar Pradesh made 105 for two at the end of the play in their second innings with T M Srivastava and captain Mohammed Kaif making individual scores of 17 and 23 respectively. R P Srivastava and S S Shukla scored good 42 and 18. D Kalyankrishna and G Shankar Rao claimed the wickets of R P Srivastava and Shukla. Earlier, Uttar Pradesh scored 298 runs in their first innings with Ravikant Shukla's unbeaten knock of 99.
