Uttar Pradesh's Suresh Raina and Rudra Pratap Singh were added to the Indian squad for the remaining two one-day internationals of the Sri Lanka series as cover for injured players.

"Irfan Pathan and Yuvraj Singh are not 100 per cent fit, so we have kept a backup for them in the next two games," chairman of selectors Dilip Vengsarkar informed in Mumbai on Monday.

Pathan and Yuvraj figure in India's 15-member squad for the 2007 World Cup, even though both are struggling with injuries and poor form.

But the selection committee believes they will be the key players for India at the mega event and will not take chances by includng them in the team during the current series.

The 20-year-old Raina, who has played 36 ODIs for India since making his debut in July 2005, should consider himself unlucky, as the selectors opted for the experience of Virender Sehwag at the World Cup, to be held in the West Indies next month.

India trail in the four-match series 0-1, having lost the second ODI at Rajkot by a narrow margin of five runs. The first match in Kolkata was rained off.

Squad: Rahul Dravid (captain), Sachin Tendulkar, Sourav Ganguly, Robin Uthappa, Yuvraj Singh,Virender Sehwag, Irfan Pathan, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Dinesh Karthik, Ajit Agarkar, Harbhajan Singh, Anil Kumble, Zaheer Khan, S Sreesanth, Munaf Patel.
