India set records at the Oval August 10, 2007 India's first innings total of 664 in the Oval Test is the fourth highest total in Test cricket against all opponents. Interestingly nine out of ten highest totals for India have come on the foreign soil. The details:
The total is also the highest for India in England. The previous highest was achieved in 2002 at Leeds as listed below. All the three wins were by innings margin.
Anil Kumble today established a dubious world record when he scored his maiden Test hundred in his 118th Test match.
