Australia win toss; elect to bat

Australia captain Ricky Ponting [Images] won the toss and elected to bat against India in the sixth and final one-day international of the DLF Cup tri-series in Kuala Lumpur on Friday.

India made a couple of changes to the team that beat the West Indies [Images] on Wednesday, with Dinesh Mongia and Mohammad Kaif replacing S Sreesanth [Images] and Yuvraj Singh [Images] respectively.

Australia continued with their rotation policy resting Michael Clarke [Images], Shane Watson, Dan Cullen and Nathan Bracken [Images] for Ponting, Brad Hogg [Images], Damien Martyn and Glenn McGrath.

It is a virtual semi-final match, with the winner taking on the West Indies in the final on Sunday.

In their last match, India had beaten the West Indies by 16 runs in a close finish, while Australia went down to the Windies by 3 wickets.

India: R Dravid (captain), S Tendulkar, V Sehwag, S Raina, MS Dhoni [Images], D Mongia, M Kaif, A Agarkar, Harbhajan Singh [Images], M Patel, R P Singh.

Australia: R Ponting (captain), S Katich, M Hayden, D Martyn, A Symonds, M Hussey, B Haddin, B Lee, B Hogg, S Clark, G McGrath.
