India elect to bat against WI

India has elected to bat against the West Indies in the second one-day international of the DLF Cup at the Kinrara Oval in Kuala Lumpur on Thursday.

India, looking to experiment with their batting order, will open the innings with Sachin tendulkar and captain Rahul Dravid and have gone in with five bowlers.

Uttar Pradesh's Suresh Raina will come in for Yuvraj Singh, who is down with fever.

West Indies have retained the playing XI from their first ODI against Australia.

Teams:

India: Rahul Dravid (Captain), Virender Sehwag, Sachin Tendulkar, Ajit Agarkar, MS Dhoni (Wicketkeeper), Harbhajan Singh, Suresh Raina, Mohammed Kaif, Irfan Pathan, Munaf Patel, RP Singh.

West Indies: Brian Lara (Captain), Shivnarine Chanderpaul, Chris Gayle, Ramnaresh Sarwan, Dwayne Bravo, Wavell Hinds, Dwayne Smith, Carlton Baugh Jr, Ian Bradshaw, Jerome Taylor, Fidel Edwards.
