New Zealand elect to field Harish Kotian in Mohali | November 01, 2006 14:32 IST New Zealand captain Stephen Fleming won the toss and elected to field against Australia in the first semi-final of the ICC Champions Trophy, at the Punjab Cricket Association stadium, in Mohali, on Wednesday. New Zealand were forced to make one change, Hamish Marshall replacing injured all-rounder Scott Styris. Fast bowler Shane Bond, who was a doubtful starter because of an injury, was declared fit for the match. Australia decided against making any changes to their side. Both teams won two and lost one match in the group stages before progressing to the semi-finals. Australia are aiming to continue their good run against New Zealand, which has seen them win 15 out of the last 17 matches played between the two sides.
