Sri Lanka to play first Test in Chennai November 09, 2005 20:06 IST Sri Lanka will play the first match of next month's three-Test series against India in Chennai, the Board of Control for Cricket in India said on Wednesday. The Chennai match (December 2 to 6) will be followed by Tests at Delhi (December 10 to 14) and Kanpur (December 18 to 22). They will play a three-day warm-up game in Bangalore from November 26. Although the dates and venues were announced the final itinerary was decided after consulting the Sri Lankan Board on the logistics.
