Harbhajan Singh [Images] will leave for Melbourne next week to correct his bowling action.

The ace off-spinner, who was reported for chucking while bowling the doosra delivery during the recent away series in Bangladesh, will work under biomechanics expert Bruce Elliot.

Match referee Chris Broad had found fault with the bowler's deliveries that spin away from a right-hander

BCCI joint-secretary Gautam Dasgupta said Harbhajan hasn't been included in any of the Challenger Trophy teams as he would be going to Melbourne during the second week of February to rectify his bowling action. He expressed optimism that he would be cleared in time for selection for the Pakistan series.

Harbhajan had earlier been reported for chucking in 1998 but was cleared and went on to capture 32 wickets as India beat Australia 2-1 in the 2001 home series.
