The Working Committee of the Cricket Board meets in New Delhi on Monday to ratify the participation of Zimbabwe 'A' in this year's Duleep Trophy besides considering the request of the Asian Cricket Council to have an Afro-Asian under-19 tournament in India in November this year.

The meeting would also ratify the participation of the Indian cricketers in this month's three-match Afro-Asian Cup in South Africa besides updating the members on the national team's forthcoming home and away series.

The appointment of a media manager for the Indian team would be up for discussion while the members would also be updated on the matter pertaining to the tender for television rights for matches in India from 2005 to 2009.

The Working Committee is also expected to approve the Australia under-19 team's visit to India next month.

Confirmation of the minutes of the earlier meeting held in Thiruvananthapuram in June and an update on the show cause notice to Rajasthan Cricket Association President Lalit Modi are also in the meeting's agenda.

The committee will inform the members about the responses received from the other ICC [Images] full member countries regarding the merger of the men's and women's cricket associations.

The meeting will consider and approve the draft annual report for the year 2004-05 besides considering and approving the proforma audited balance sheet and the proforma audited statement of accounts for the year ending March 31, 2005.

It will also draft and approve the annual budget for the year 2005-06 apart from considering the reports of various sub-committees and tournaments.
