Former Test opener Lalchand Rajput and Ramesh Kosambia, belonging to the ruling group, were elected joint-secretaries of the Mumbai Cricket Association on Wednesday.
The duo defeated former joint-secretaries Praveen Barve and Vilas Godbole in a four-cornered contest.
Rajput was re-elected for a second term as the ruling group swept the elections.
Ex-Mumbai cricketer Sanjay Patil was among 11 others elected to the managing committee from the 19 contestants in the fray.
Sharad Pawar [Images] and Prof Ratnakar Shetty had already been elected unopposed as president and treasurer respectively along with sitting vice-presidents Ravi Sawant and former India captain Dilip Vengsarkar.
