Smith withdraws from Windies squad September 03, 2004 10:58 IST All-rounder Dwayne Smith has pulled out of the West Indies squad for this month's ICC Champions Trophy in England because of injury. Smith damaged his right shoulder during the recent tour of England and will return to Barbados from Bermuda where the West Indies squad is preparing for the tournament. Ryan Hinds will replace Smith in the squad. West Indies are in a first-round group with South Africa and Bangladesh, who they play in their first match on September 15.
